A great experience using JTS.When we needed to change plans and delay a move, it was not an issue. A very helpful and caring team that looked after our furniture very well. It is also worth mentioning that the team moved a Grand Piano for us – not an easy task! They kept us informed on timings and made the day go very smoothly – many thanks JTS

Kai, Gordon, Daniel and Tony were very helpful, efficient and careful whilst packing and unpacking our items. The team packed the van and stored our items the day before our move, making our moving day a lot smoother and easy. The team double checked we had everything before leaving. Communication was efficient whilst we were waiting to complete on our house. Unpacking the van was very efficient, and the team were very polite when asking us where we wanted items unloaded. Would recommend JTS and Kai.
Steve was able to take on our move at fairly short notice as our dates had changed. He really does do whatever he can to help make a stressful time as smooth as possible. His team were a good bunch. Upbeat friendly professional and helpful. They were very careful with our belongings and respectful of moving it around in our new home. I feel they went above and beyond. It turned out to be a long day for them all and they stayed professional and friendly to the end. I recommend without any hesitation for service and value.
